My Day to Day

My day involves wearing many hats. I oversee campus operations, support my team, and ensure we remain focused on our adult learners' training and development. I analyze data and outcomes to keep us aligned with metrics and goals. My role includes fundraising, outreach, and building intentional partnerships within the community. Each day is different and filled with strategic planning to build and maintain a positive culture.
