My path in life has been direct
1.
I started as a teller in my local branch while finishing up college.
2.
I took a position as an Account Specialist at a new branch.
3.
When the new branch closed, I was given a Teller Trainer position in our Training Department.
4.
After 5+ years of training, I was looking for a change and accepted a position in our Tech Dept.
5.
Then I moved over to Branch Operations.
6.
After 2 years as the Assistant Manager, I was promoted to Branch Ops Manager.
7.
I spent 13+ years in Branch Ops during which time the roles and responsibilities changed.
8.
That led me to my current position on the Branch Policy and Procedures team.
